The Mojo Fins ‘Sweet Spirit’ (taken from The Spirit EP) is the featured music in a series of films celebrating the 80th Birthday of Sir Peter Blake (Pop Artist) and the creation of a new work of art sponsored by Macallan.

The definitive film about the collaboration between The Macallan Single Malt whisky and the godfather of pop art Sir Peter Blake to celebrate his 80th birthday on 25th June 2012. It shows the creation of the box by a team of six specialists in their field (Sir Peter Blake alongside David Holmes [creative director], Hugh Bredin [writer], Professor Phillip Cleaver [graphic designer], Stewart Newman [art director] and Phil Lardner [cabinet maker]) who have come together to create a piece of art that represents eight decades of The Macallan and eight decades of Sir Peter Blake. 250 of the handmade boxes are available worldwide, signed by Sir Peter himself.

This month (February 2012) The Mojo Fins have returned to world famous Rockfield Studios in Monmouth with producer Dave Eringa (Manic Street Preachers) to record a 4-Track EP of brand new material.
This should be available by May 2012, in the meantime check out a short documentary from the last time the band were at Rockfield, recording their second album,‘Shake The Darkness’.
